"You can't say this. This is not nice."
A Pakistani man shocked netizens after he insulted a British tourist’s wife on camera.
Social media users also praised the tourist for defending his wife and the way he schooled the man.
The video features the couple sitting opposite each other on a train.
Sitting in a seat across the aisle, the Pakistani man, who is believed to be a conductor, begins speaking to the husband.
As he films the encounter, he introduces his wife:
“This is my wife.”
The woman smiles as she listens to music in headphones.
Meanwhile, the conductor appears stunned that she is the tourist’s wife.
He praises the man for being physically fit while also saying that his wife is “not suitable” for him.
When the tourist probes the Pakistani man to explain what he meant, the latter replies:
“I think that she’s less healthy than you.”
The wife interjects: “I feel less healthy.”
The conductor continued: “Less, less, not too.”
As the video continues, the tourist grows more irritated and continues to ask the Pakistani man to elaborate on his comments.
He says: “She will be disappointed.”
The tourist asks: “Why will she be disappointed?”
The conductor then proceeds to say that she is “fat, too fat”.
As the woman cuts a wry smile, the man insists:
“Please don’t mind.”
The tourist then comes to her defence and tells the disrespectful man:
“This is not good hospitality.”
However, the man misunderstands him and says Pakistan has great hospitality.
The tourist laughs and replies: “I don’t think so.”
He goes on to say: “You can’t say this. This is not nice.”
As the man tries to defend his comments, the tourist calmly says:
“This is rude.”
Astonishingly, the man doesn’t believe his comments were wrong and even asks the tourist why he was upset by them.

They continue to go back and forth before the Pakistani national claims he feels ashamed whenever he talks to women.
The tourist educates the man by saying:
“So you can’t say what you said because it doesn’t matter what you think, it’s what she thinks. You have to learn this.”
The clip went viral and many called out the man for his blatant body-shaming.
One said: “Body shaming is unacceptable.”
Another wrote: “Some people believe that making overweight people feel ashamed of their weight or eating habits may motivate them to get healthier.
“No, sir, it doesn’t work like that.”
Commenting on the man’s own appearance, one person wrote:
“Bro looks like an a*s and is talking about others’ physical appearance.
“She is so cute; she simply smiled. Obviously, she was offended.”
Others praised the tourist for the way he stood up for his wife, with one commenting:
“Bro is going to teach a whole nation to respect his wife.”
