Malaika Arora was brutally trolled for her revealing neon green ensemble at Karan Johar’s birthday party.
The filmmaker celebrated his 50th birthday with a lavish bling-themed bash and many Bollywood celebrities attended.
Celebrities ranging from Janhvi Kapoor to Hrithik Roshan attended and with such events, their outfits are subjected to either praise or criticism by social media users.
But a fashion fail among netizens was Malaika Arora’s neon green outfit.
Malaika wore an oversized double-breasted blazer from Alex Perry’s Spring-Summer 2022 collection. She paired it with matching eyelet shorts, showcasing her toned legs.
Malaika ensured all eyes were on her as her cleavage was on full display, wearing just a pink wrap-around bralette underneath and keeping her blazer unbuttoned.
She carried a shiny silver clutch while her hair was styled in soft curls and her makeup was classy.
Malaika completed her look with a pair of bright pink platform Versace heels and statement jewellery.
Her pictures quickly went viral and some people loved her bold outfit, with one person commenting:
“She is legit pulling that off.”
However, Malaika’s blazer-shorts combo did not go down well with many, who took the opportunity to troll the actress.
Many criticised her “poor fashion choice”, with one person saying:
“Dressing sense is fully third class.”
Another commented: “Poor selection of clothes.”

Others criticised the revealing nature of the outfit.

Some people were not happy with Malaika’s edgy outfit, telling her to dress her age.

Some people even compared her to Bigg Boss OTT contestant Urfi Javed, who has become known for her eye-opening outfits and is frequently trolled as a result.

Meanwhile, Hrithik Roshan and Saba Azad made their first public appearance as a couple at Karan’s party.
The pair matched in black, with Saba wearing a satin dress and Hrithik sporting a classic suit.
