She has been working on co-producing a documentary on transgenders, with the help of megastar, Aamir Khan.
She says: “Aamir sir is very close to our family and he knows about my documentary film. My mother (Ayesha Shroff) showed him some raw footage and he liked it.
“Aamir sir is quite aware of social issues and I am sure his inputs on my documentary based on the struggles of transgenders will help.
“Though I know he has a busy schedule, I will request him to watch the entire film and give his feedback before its release. One can expect honest opinions from him.”
Post-production for the documentary has suffered some delays, but Krishna is confident it will hit the big screens in 2016.
