Is Mahira Khan getting Married in 2023?

It is reported that Mahira Khan is set to tie the knot soon.

It is believed that the popular actress is set to marry her partner, businessman Salim Karim, in September 2023.

The pair’s relationship has been going from strength to strength, and reports suggest that the wedding is set to be an intimate ceremony at a famous hill station situated in Punjab, with close family and friends attending.

The news was reported by a number of media news outlets and the rumours were addressed by Mahira’s manager Anushay Talha Khan.

Anushay was asked if there was any confirmation of the wedding.

She replied that the reports were irresponsible and should not have been leaked without a statement from Mahira or a family member.

Earlier in August 2023, Mahira Khan spoke about her boyfriend for the first time.

In an Instagram Live, she said:

“There’s a line in Humsafar, which I thought was beautiful, where Ashar says to Khirad, ‘I don’t know what I did right to deserve you’.

“I think the same about him.”

However, this is not the first time that it was rumoured Mahira was getting married.

In 2019, it was reported that Mahira was set to get married in Turkey. However, she denied the claims.

She was previously married to Ali Askari in 2007. They had a son named Azlaan in 2009 but they divorced in 2015.

Finding herself a single parent, Mahira Khan was the epitome of grace as she balanced her career and focused on raising her young son.

Mahira is well known for her acting skills and was praised for her role as Khirad in much-loved drama serial Humsafar, in which she co-starred with Fawad Khan and Naveen Waqar.

She has also starred in dramas such as Sadqay Tumhare, Hum Kahan Ke Sachay Thay and Shehr-e-Zaat.

Mahira was applauded for her role as Mehreen in Hum Kahan Ke Sachay Thay, in which she played an innocent individual who was framed for the murder of her cousin, played by Kubra Khan.

Aside from making a name in the drama industry, Mahira has also carved a name for herself in movies and has appeared in titles such as Bol, Superstar, Bin Roye and The Legend of Maula Jatt.

She has also tasted life in Bollywood as she starred opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Raees.

To add to her talents Mahira is also a businesswoman. She started her own clothing line M by Mahira, which showcases simple and elegant white outfits.
