On November 5, 2025, it was announced that the Dubai-based Indian influencer, Anunay Sood, had passed away. He was 32 years old.
At the time of his death, Anunay was in Las Vegas, US, attending a car show.
An official statement from the influencer’s family and friends on Instagram read:
“It is with deep sadness that we share the news of our beloved Anunay Sood’s passing.
“We kindly ask for your understanding and privacy as we navigate this difficult time.
“We humbly request you to avoid gathering crowds near personal property.
“Please keep his family and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers.
“May his soul rest in peace.”
The cause of Anunay’s death was not disclosed. However, many users offered their condolences.
The content creator, Brinda Sharma, who was allegedly Anunay’s ex-fiancee, wrote on her Instagram Story:
“I am not able to process what has happened.
“Saw you grow from nothing to the incredible creator and businessman.
“I had the pleasure to learn so much from you, whether it was about money, people, or work.
“Thank you for changing lives, inspiring, and blessing us with your infectious happiness.
“Never known a happier, more determined human than him.”
Another user commented: “Your spirit and love for travel will keep travelling far beyond.”
A third person said: “Rest easy, my younger brother. You will be sorely missed.”
Anunay Sood’s final Instagram post contained photographs of him at the car show.
He captioned the post: “Still can’t believe I spent the weekend surrounded by legends and dream machines.
“Which one would you like to take for a spin?”
In one of these pictures, Anunay posed with the Fast & Furious actor Sung Kang.
Anunay had over 1.4 million followers on Instagram and had shared footage from his travels across 46 countries.
Such content included sights from daring skydives, serene mountains, and vast, open roads.
In 2023, the influencer spoke about his trip to New Zealand.
He said: “On top of the list is to take a cruise ride at Milford Sound.
“I recommend going bungee jumping where it was invented!
“New Zealand is the perfect place to make your first jump.
“New Zealand is a country packed with so much adventure and so many things to do that you’ll never be able to ‘do it all’ in just one visit.
“But if you’re anything like me, you’ll want to pack in as much as you can.”
