Gauri Khan revealed the negative aspects when it comes to being Shah Rukh Khan’s wife.
She made a stylish appearance on Koffee With Karan along with Maheep Kapoor and Bhavana Pandey.

Professional interior designer Gauri spoke about how her work is affected due to being Shah Rukh Khan’s wife.
She explained that there is the belief that many people want to work with her because of all the attention she brings.
But Gauri revealed that the reality is most people refuse to hire her.
She said: “When considering a new project, there are some people who consider me as a designer.
“But there are also times when it does not work out that way because at times, sometimes people do not want to get attached to the baggage of working with Shah Rukh Khan’s wife.
“It works against me 50% of the time.”
Maheep Kapoor also spoke about the struggles her husband Sanjay Kapoor went through.
She shared: “There were times when Sanjay was sitting at home for years with no work. Money was tight.
“My kids have grown up seeing that along with the glamour and glitz.
“The people around me at times did make me feel like we were the unsuccessful wing of the Kapoor family.”
On the show, Gauri Khan also revealed that her superstar husband has a habit of seeing party guests to their cars, something that annoys her.
She said: “He is always seeing off the guest to their car.
“Sometimes I feel like he spends more time outside than inside the hour during parties.”
“Then people start looking for him. It makes me feel like we are having the party outside on the road rather than inside the house!”
Gauri also gave dating advice for her daughter Suhana Khan, who is expected to make her Bollywood debut.
With a laugh, she said: “Never date two boys at the same time.”
