Farah Iqrar participated in a YouTube podcast titled Think Digital Podcast and talked about her marriage with Iqrar Ul Hassan.
She also discussed her relationship with Qurat Ul Ain Iqrar, Iqrar’s first wife.
Additionally, she shared her perspective on her husband’s third marriage to Aroosa Khan.
Reflecting on her bond with Iqrar’s first wife, Farah stated:
“Our relationship is solid. Naturally, I was aware of Iqrar’s first marriage and his son Pehlaaj. Everything occurred with mutual agreement.”
Farah also mentioned that she does not know what Qurat Ul Ain thinks of Iqrar’s marriage to her.
“Only Qurat Ul Ain can express her feelings. Despite not meeting for some time, we maintain a positive relationship.”
Regarding the decision to live separately from Qurat Ul Ain Iqrar, Farah expressed:
“Living separately is acceptable as it helps avoid conflicts and complexities, given everyone’s different lifestyles.”
Discussing Iqrar’s third marriage, Farah Iqrar revealed:
“Initially, I was unaware of his third marriage when asked about it.
“Now that Iqrar himself has shared details, we have a new member in our family.
“Handling three families may be challenging for Iqrar, not us.”
She admitted that her perception of men having multiple wives has changed.
“It’s not because I’m his second wife, but reading the Quran changed my thoughts.
“Now, I’m different, and I don’t feel bad about his third marriage.”
Regarding her professional relationship with Iqrar Ul Hassan, Farah remarked:
“Working under Iqrar Ul Hassan is tough because he’s strict and a perfectionist, leading to professional clashes. So, I’d rather work for my own channel.”
Farah also addressed the criticism she receives on social media.
“Frequently, comments suggest I’m deeply saddened due to Iqrar’s third marriage, but that’s not the case.
“In truth, I find myself immensely happy and content in life, having attained a profound level of satisfaction through divine grace.”
Social media users were unhappy with Iqrar Ul Hassan.
A user asked:
“What I don’t understand is why does Iqrar not ask for the consent of his wives before remarrying. It is not allowed in Islam.”
