During his show in Manchester, Diljit Dosanjh called one of his Pakistani fans on stage and presented her with a gift.

Diljit Dosanjh continues to captivate audiences with his charm and humility during his ongoing Dil-Luminati tour.

After successful shows in Canada and the US, he recently delighted fans in Manchester.

During the concert, Diljit surprised a fan from Pakistan by gifting her a special present on stage.

After knowing her nationality, he took the opportunity to speak about the connection between India and Pakistan.

He vocalised his belief that the two nations share a bond that transcends borders.

Diljit said: “For me, India and Pakistan are the same.

“The borders are made by politicians, but the people remain the same. Punjabis have love for everyone in their hearts.”

He extended a warm welcome to fans from both countries, saying:

“So people who have come from my country, India, and people who have come from Pakistan, I welcome you all.”

This touching moment quickly went viral, earning him widespread admiration on social media.

A user wrote: “Diljit’s love for Pakistan warms my heart.

“This is what we need more of – unity and love among Punjabis.”

The Manchester concert was particularly memorable as it marked the first time Diljit introduced his family to his audience.

His mother and sister were present, and an emotional moment unfolded when he introduced them on stage.

Diljit’s mother was visibly moved, shedding tears as he serenaded her and kissed her on the forehead, further endearing him to his fans.

Following the international tour, which has garnered immense success, Diljit is set to kick off the Indian tour on October 26.

It will begin at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi.

The tour will continue to major cities including Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Pune, Kolkata, Bangalore, Indore, Chandigarh, and Guwahati.

In addition to his tour, Diljit Dosanjh recently announced his participation in Border 2, alongside actors Sunny Deol and Varun Dhawan.

The sequel, set against the backdrop of the historic Battle of Longewala, is expected to begin filming in November 2024.

Diljit’s Dil-Luminati US tour has already proven to be a financial success, reportedly earning him $28 million from May to July.

It was reported that concerts drew massive crowds.

The next leg of Diljit Dosanjh’s tour will see him travel to Ireland, where he will perform at the 3Arena on October 2.
