This marks her first appearance since the birth of her daughter, Dua Padukone Singh.
Fans were pleasantly surprised when the Bollywood superstar joined the singer on stage, and her appearance quickly went viral.
In the footage, Deepika was greeted with cheers from the audience as she made her way to the stage.
She greeted the crowd with a wave, bowed her head, and folded her hands in a gesture of respect.
The actress shared an affectionate hug with Diljit.
Deepika even grooved to the beats of Diljit’s hit songs, ‘Hass Hass’ and ‘Lover’.
The crowd was visibly thrilled by the unexpected collaboration between the two stars.
During the performance, Deepika also had a playful moment with Diljit, teaching him a sentence in Kannada.
He humorously repeated it, much to the delight of the audience.
Diljit, clearly appreciative, showered her with praise, acknowledging her remarkable work in Bollywood.
He expressed admiration for Deepika, saying:
“She has done such lovely work. I’ve seen her on the big screen, but I never thought I’d get to see her this close.
“She made her mark in Bollywood all on her own.”
In a heartfelt message, Diljit also expressed his pride in Deepika’s achievements, thanking her for being part of his show.
He said: “We should all be proud of her. Much love and thanks for joining us tonight.”
Deepika waved before leaving the stage.
For her appearance, Deepika kept things casual yet stylish in a loose white T-shirt paired with denim jeans.

This appearance comes after Deepika Padukone and her husband, Ranveer Singh, shared the first glimpse of their daughter, Dua, on Diwali 2024.
The couple revealed the name Dua, which means “prayer” and they expressed their joy and gratitude for the arrival of their baby girl.
Their post received an outpouring of congratulatory messages from friends and celebrities, including Priyanka Chopra, Alia Bhatt, and Kareena Kapoor.
As for Diljit, he has been taking the world by storm with his Dil-Luminati Tour, bringing his electrifying performances to audiences globally.
Following his recent show in Kolkata, Diljit Dosanjh will wrap up the tour with a final concert in Guwahati on December 29, 2024.
