Eyebrows are the one thing you can get in shape without exercising!
For years, Bollywood has been the inspiration for many glamorous Desi brides on their wedding day.
We all want to look and feel like a Bollywood heroine, but finding the right makeup look that suits you can be a challenge.
With that in mind, DESIblitz has teamed up with KC Makeup to create the perfect Bollywood Bride look just for you!
Take a look at our stunning Bollywood Bridal tutorial below and find out how you can achieve the same look.
1. The Base ~ The Face
First things first, you need to get a good base going! After cleaning and moisturising your face, apply foundation that matches your skin tone.
Be sure to tap it in and blend with a sponge, brush or even both!
To keep your face nice and matte, layer on some translucent powder as a top coat.

It is all about the highlight this upcoming season, and KC suggests skipping the bronzer and going heavy on the highlight!
Match your makeup to the celebratory vibe with glowing skin by lightly dusting some sparkle on the tip of your nose, cheekbones and chin for that extra twinkle on your face.

2. The Focus ~ The Eyes
Next, we move to the main focus of the face – the eyes! To frame the face properly, fill in your brows for a full and dense look.
Eyebrows are the one thing you can get in shape without exercising! Bringing all the balance to your face that you could ever need, make sure yours are a work of arch!

Classic smoky eyes never fail to stun! But this season, bold brides are ditching the traditional black and going straight for gold.
This is a trend that is flattering on all skin tones, and will have every Bollywood bride feeling like a glowing goddess on her special day!
Instead of pairing lids with matte shadows, opt for more metallic tones and shimmery shades. Start with the lightest shade covering the lid as a base, and build on top of that.
As your colours go darker and deeper, keep them on the outer edge of the eye to add the right amount of drama to the face. What a way to bring subtle, but show-stopping colours into play!

Next, you want to line the top of your lids with eyeliner for a more intense look.
To keep the focus on the eyes, add a pair of voluminous lashes with medium weight, so they don’t overpower the rest of the face.
After all, lashes do speak louder than words (sometimes)! Line underneath the eyes as well, but very softly – to maintain a diffused look.

3. The Pop ~ The Lips
Time to let your lips do the talking. Coat your pout with a bold lipstick, layering it on from corner to corner.
To really add emphasis, outline your lips with some concealer. This is also a lifesaver when you need to cover up those unwanted blemishes!
