Anushka Sharma and cricketer Virat Kohli on December 11, 2022, celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary.

Anushka took to her Instagram handle and shared seven pictures, including funny memes, of the couple through the years.

The first picture is a photoshopped image of Anushka and Virat from the Pari poster.

The third picture is of Virat resting on a hospital bed a day after Anushka’s “long and painful labour”.

Anushka Sharma was quick to comment: “Thank god you didn’t go for a ‘payback’ post.”

Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli met through an ad shoot in 2013.

After dating for years, the duo got married in a private ceremony at Italy’s Lake Como in December 2017.

The wedding festivities were attended by their family and close friends.

The couple welcomed their daughter Vamika in 2021.

On the work front, Anushka Sharma is back on screen after four years in a special appearance in Qala.

The Anvitaa Dutt-directed drama, which was recently released on Netflix, features Anushka as a yesteryear actress.

Further, she will be seen in Chakda Xpress.

The film also features Manoj Anand and Philip Gascoyne in key roles.
