“Kavita put out a tweet and I am very thankful to her."
Actor Adhyayan Suman has revealed that he has moved on from the time in his life when he accused his ex-girlfriend Kangana Ranaut of attempting to perform black magic on him.
Adhyayan and Kangana began dating after they met on the set of the 2009 film, Raaz: The Mystery Continues. Unfortunately, their romance was short-lived.
Speaking to BollywoodLife, Adhyayan was asked whether he thought he was treated unfairly after the couple’s breakup. He said:
“I actually don’t believe in anything. I have left that topic miles … miles behind in my life. I am right now way ahead in my life.
“And it doesn’t really matter who wants to apologise or not. I wanted to share my side of the story and I did that three years ago.
“I am very glad and fortunate that some people came out in support.”
In 2016, the actor revealed the reason behind his split with Kangana. He said:
“One day, Kangana called me at home in the night to do some puja. I reached at 11.30 pm as the puja was to start at 12.
“She has a small guest room in her apartment and she had covered it in black including black curtains.
“There were some random statues of God, fire all around, some scary things. She asked me to chant some mantras and locked me in.
“I was terrified. I didn’t do it and I came out and told her that I had.”
However, Adhyayan was mercilessly criticised at the time and received very little support.
Kangana Ranaut’s sister Rangoli, who is currently banned from Twitter, tweeted inflammatory remarks about Adhyayan.
Yet, actress Kavita Kaushik reacted to a tweet in support of Adhyayan Suman and Hrithik Roshan. Both actors have been involved in public feuds with the actress. She said:

In a second tweet, she wrote:
“Also, a huge apology is owed to @shekharsuman7 and @AdhyayanSsuman, they are a sweet family and the hate they got from an eager to judge, feeding on lies smeared popcorn audiences is so damn heartbreaking.
“Everyone was so cruel to them at that time cos of the ‘woman card.’”

In response to Kavita, Adhyayan thanked her for her support and further condemned the hate she received because of doing so. He said:
“Kavita put out a tweet and I am very thankful to her. But the amount of fake trollers who came along and trolled her, said some really mean stuff to her, I thought that was such a disgrace. It is so sad.”
He further added that people refrain from sharing their opinion on social media because “they know the kind of backlash they would get.”
Despite the recent support he has received concerning his old allegations against Kangana, the actor has progressed far beyond that phase in his life.
