"in reality, they are different."
Sunny Deol is coming off the success of Gadar 2, however, he received flak for snapping at a fan who approached him for a selfie.
In a viral video, Sunny was walking through the airport dressed in a grey outfit and black bucket hat.
He was walking with his entourage whilst being surrounded by fans who wanted pictures.
The star allows one man to take a picture but as the fan tries to get the perfect picture whilst on the move, Sunny appears to grow impatient.
He then yells: “Take the photo!”
The fan eventually takes the picture and goes off to the side while Sunny continues with his team.
Never seen 1st gen stars ever behave such. It’s always the star-kids who have grown up with fame & privilege who take this love for granted. Be it SRK or Amitabh. Always grateful. pic.twitter.com/HMlNeRyEiv

The video was shared on X, formerly Twitter, and the user was shocked to see an older actor behave like this. The user wrote:
“Never seen first-generation stars ever behave in such a way.
“It’s always the star kids, who have grown up with fame and privilege who take this love for granted.
“Be it SRK or Amitabh Bachchan. Always grateful.”
Other social media users soon reacted to the video and were not happy with Sunny Deol’s reaction.
Some called him out for his “entitlement” while others said he was “arrogant”.
One person commented: “Brother still has the angry mood from his film Ziddi.”
Another said: “Reel life vs real life. We love them after seeing them in films but in reality, they are different.”
A user wrote: “For a decade or two, he hasn’t seen this kind of sudden influx of fans chasing him.”
Some defended Sunny, stating that his reaction was justified as he must be tired of promoting Gadar 2.
One fan said: “I disagree. Jaya Bachchan, Hema Malini have been rude too. Amitabh, Dilip Kumar, Naseeruddin Shah, there are many…”
Another said: “Bhai, he is also a human being. He can also get frustrated.”
A comment read:
“He is travelling daily from one place to another place for Gadar 2, might be tired.”
One person said: “Tbf, I guess he was just tired after the flight, and his general schedule over the past fortnight would’ve been crazy AF.”
The video comes a few days after a viral clip showed him refusing to take pictures with a group of underprivileged women on a Mumbai street.
Meanwhile, Gadar 2 has been a huge box office success, crossing Rs. 330 Crore (£32 million).
