"Whole world is laughing at us today"
Kangana Ranaut threw a fresh jibe towards Diljit Dosanjh and Priyanka Chopra on India’s Republic Day, January 26, 2021.
The celebrations were overshadowed by protesting farmers who broke down barricades, clashed with police and breached Delhi’s Red Fort.
Many climbed on top of the Red Fort and Kangana took the opportunity to throw shade at her fellow actors.
The outspoken actress shared a picture of a protestor planting a flag. She also said the clashes made a mockery of the nation on a global stage.
She wrote: “You need to explain this Diljit Dosanjh, Priyanka Chopra. Whole world is laughing at us today, yahi chahiye tha na tum logon ko!!!! Congratulations.”
Kangana added an applause emoji as a means of sarcasm.

On numerous occasions throughout the Farmers’ Protest, Kangana has been embroiled in a feud with Diljit.
The most notable case came when she misidentified one elderly protestor as Bilkis Bano when in fact, the woman was actually Mahinder Kaur.
Diljit called the actress out and told her that she is someone who “says anything”.
Kangana has also feuded with Priyanka over the matter, however, Priyanka has never responded.
Kangana has also claimed that she has lost endorsement deals as a result of her comments against the protests.
Previously, the actress claimed that Diljit and Priyanka were “misleading” farmers after they extended their support to the protesting farmers.
In December 2020, she wrote a series of Tweets:
“People like Diljit Dosanjh and Priyanka Chopra will be hailed by the left media for misleading and encouraging farmers protests, pro-Islamists and anti-India film industry and brands will flood them with offers and English/living in colonial hangover media houses will felicitate them with awards.
“The problem is whole system is designed to make anti-nationals flourish and grow and we are too less in numbers against a corrupt system, but I am sure magic will happen in every fight of GOOD versus EVIL, evil has been much stronger JAI SHRI RAM.”
She later alleged that the protests had resulted in a loss of Rs. 70,000 Crore (£6.9 billion).
The actress continued to throw jibes at Diljit and Priyanka, telling them about the “serious consequences” of their support to the farmers.
“Cost of farmers protests so far 70,000 crores, because of dharna economic slowdown in neighbouring industries and small factories, might lead to riots.
“Diljit Dosanjh and Priyanka Chopra, you understand our actions have serious consequences please tell me who will pay for this?”
