Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan is known for his amazing body and fitness. Now, the man himself has shared his lockdown workout routine.

Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan has shared his daily fitness routine while being stuck indoors due to the coronavirus lockdown and stresses a gym is not required.

Hrithik is known for his incredible physique which has all the men envious while all the women swoon.

The actor certainly does ensure he prioritises his fitness workout to remain physically fit and active.

Speaking to GQ in an interview, Hrithik expressed while having a gym is great but sometimes not having access to one should not deter you. He said:

“I am a believer in making the best of whatever situation you are in. A gym where you find the motivation of watching others, equipment for all kinds of muscle groups is great.

“But the bottom line is if you have to workout and there is no gym then we follow the mantra that one does not need a gym to workout.

“I mean just the floor can be enough if you do a little search on all possible floor exercises. So no excuses.”

Currently, Hrithik Roshan is spending lockdown at home with his two sons and his ex-wife Sussanne.

Hrithik revealed that Sussanne moved into his home so that he could be with his sons during this difficult time.

The actor also praised and appreciated his ex-wife’s kindness for making such a move. The friendly exes prove that co-parenting does not have to be difficult.

Meanwhile, Hrithik has been sharing fitness videos on his Instagram to help motivate and encourage his fans. He wrote:

“To the Kabir in all of us. Don’t forget to thrive while you survive. Enjoy it all. The good, the bad. Juice everything out. E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G.”

Hrithik continued to explain what his lockdown fitness routine consists of. He revealed:

“These days I do a yoga stretching routine in the morning. Which takes about an hour.

“And my evening workout is circuit training combining 5-6 exercised which have weights, functional all included.

“My usual workout is a combination of strength training, cardio and weights.”

The actor continued to mention the importance of maintaining a healthy diet to help boost your immunity.

While remaining indoors during the nationwide lockdown, Hrithik has also pledged to facilitate 1,200 cooked meals for the underprivileged in association with an NGO. He tweeted:

“I wish you the power to ensure that NO ONE in our country sleeps hungry. You all are the real superheroes on ground.”

Now that Hrithik has revealed his workout secrets during the lockdown, we have no excuse to laze around.
