Thor, the almighty god of thunder, finds himself banished from Asgard when the Asgardian goddess of death rises to power under his evil brother Loki’s rule.
Held captive on a planet called Sakaar, Thor must fight his fellow Avenger, the Hulk, to reclaim his hammer and power and save Asgard from Ragnarok.
The race to find the final Infinity Stone also takes centre stage in this epic and gladiatorial superhero film directed by Taika Waititi.
With Avengers: Infinity War due to arrive in May 2018, Thor: Ragnarok will set the scene for the impending showdown with supervillain, Thanos, who conspires to rule them all.
The third Thor film stars Chris Hemsworth in the title role, supported by an A-list cast – Tom Hiddleston, Cate Blanchett, Mark Ruffalo, and Anthony Hopkins.
