Surinder is sweet, strong and determined, but her life is far from easy. She spends her days completing endless chores for her selfie-obsessed, Insta-vlogging stepsisters Lovely and Bubbly.
Her biggest supporter is an unexpected one: Basanti, a cow with more attitude than a Desi girl.
Meanwhile, Prince Kavi is facing pressure from his royal family to find the perfect match. But when he unexpectedly crosses paths with Surinder, their connection sparks a romance worthy of a Bollywood blockbuster.
With help from the fabulous Devi Godmother, Surinder’s world is transformed with magical makeovers, masala moves and a dazzling Bollywood Ball.
Surinderella is directed by Ameet Chana, with original music and lyrics by PBN. It also features performers including Andy Kumar and Harpz Kaur, who bring their talents beyond performance through wider creative contributions.
Blending comedy, romance and Bollywood-inspired spectacle, Surinderella promises a vibrant celebration of South Asian culture, family and finding your own happily ever after.
As part of its nationwide tour, Surinderella will be on stage in Bradford from August 5 – 8, 2026.
