The Varisu audio launch was held at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Chennai on December 24, 2022.
The biggest highlight of the launch event was Thalapathy Vijay’s speech.
He set the stage on fire with his inspiring words and totally won the hearts of audiences with his wit and intelligence.
Addressing his fans, Vijay said: “Love is the biggest weapon in the world.”
He added: “Varisu talks about love and the greatness of the family.”
The Bigil actor also narrated a story on familial bonds.
Further, Vijay, who is not very active on social media, took to his official Twitter handle and shared a video with the audience who attended the Varisu audio launch.
The video captured the atmosphere at the venue, and how the crowd reacted to Tamil cinema’s crowd puller as he addressed them.

Earlier, the actor sent a flying kiss to the audience with the signature Ranjithame step that led to another bout of fan frenzy.
The Beast actor, who addressed the crowd at the audio launch, expressed his love and gratitude towards his fans for their constant support.
He also talked about collaborating with director Vamshi Paidipally, leading lady Rashmika Mandanna, musician S Thaman, and other cast and crew members.
Vijay also indirectly spoke about their film’s box office clash with Ajith Kumar’s Thunivu and added that he is only competing with himself, right from the beginning of his career.
Further, Vijay also sang Ranjithame at the event.
The video of the actor singing the song has gone viral on social media.
In the video, Vijay is seen crooning the track, while Rashmika Mandanna, who plays the female lead in the film, smiled and cheered for him.
The event was attended by various celebrities, including Prakash Raj, Shaam, lyricist Vivek, Shankar Mahadevan, Sarathkumar, and Srikanth.
Vijay fans celebrated the audio launch and lit up the stadium with flashlights.
The crowd enjoyed singing along to the songs at the launch.
According to reports, the much-awaited film revolves around a happy-go-lucky man who is forced to take over his father’s business empire, after an unfortunate incident.
Vijay is playing the titular character in the film, while Rashmika Mandanna appears in the role of his lady love.
