Parmish Verma took to his social media handles on January 14, 2022, to reveal his first look from his next film Tabaah.
Shared with his 6.8 million Instagram followers, the Punjabi singer and actor sported a new look in the poster.
The Tabaah poster shows Parmish Verma as an addict, smoking a cigarette while empty bottles of alcohol can be seen on a shelf.
Parmish, who is known for his muscles and svelte figure, can be seen with some belly fat in the poster.
The actor shared his never-before-seen look from the upcoming film with the caption:
“Far from my comfort zone, this character has my heart.”
Besides starring as the main lead, Parmish Verma is also directing as well as producing the film.
Tabaah has been written by Gurjind Maan and has music by Gurmohh.
Whilst the release date of the film has not been revealed, it is expected to be hitting cinemas soon, as written on the poster.
Alongside the poster, Parmish also recently shared photos from his first day on the Tabaah set.
Parmish sat wrapped in a blanket, hiding his transformation.
Whilst Parmish’s transformation for the film continues to receive attention, many fans of the star have also speculated that Tabaah might be a Punjabi version of Kabir Singh.
Shahid Kapoor starred as the lead in Kabir Singh.
He also had to undergo a body transformation for the film.
Parmish Verma was last seen in the Punjabi film Main Te Bapu.
Parmish Verma starred in the film as the lead alongside Satish Verma, Sanjeeda Ali Sheikh and Sunita Dhir.
Parmish Verma’s new look for Tabaah comes after his wedding to Geet Grewal.
Whilst their engagement ceremony took place in Canada, Parmish and Geet’s wedding reception was thrown in India and celebrated in true Punjabi style.
The two tied the knot on October 21, 2021, under strict privacy guidelines, requesting their guests to submit their phones and not share any pictures and videos on social media.
The wedding reception was attended by a large number of artists from the Punjabi music and film industry.
Famous Punjabi singers such as Sidhu Moosewala, Resham Singh Anmol, Goldie, Satta, Jordan Sandhu and Amrit Mann were also present.
Punjabi singer Satinder Sartaj also attended the wedding reception.
The singer charmed the couple’s guests as he sang on stage.
