“Aaishvary is a wonderful friend"
Bollywood beauty Alaya F has reacted to rumours that she is dating Aaishvary Thackeray.
There has been constant talk about whether the pair are officially in a relationship.
The rumours began in 2020 after Alaya F attended Aaishvary Thackeray’s birthday party in Dubai. The pair celebrated her birthday together also.
Now, Alaya F has reacted to the reports, giving her take on the speculation about her.
According to Alaya, Aaishvary is a “wonderful friend and an extremely talented person”.
She also said that both she and her loved ones are now accustomed to the constant questions surrounding her relationship status.
Speaking of her alleged relationship with Aaishvary Thackeray, Alaya F said:
“If you are being talked about, that’s always great! You shouldn’t take these reports too seriously.
“Aaishvary is a wonderful friend and an extremely talented person.
“These stories used to spark curiosity amongst my near and dear ones, but now even they are used to it.”
The actress continued: “As far as my personal life is concerned, I don’t stress about it as much as I do about my professional life.
“I feel your personal life should fall into place naturally.
“You should only work on being the best version of yourself every day. That’s what I did throughout the lockdown.
“It was all about me thinking about myself and not about any other person.”
According to Alaya F, she and Aaishvary Thackeray have been family friends for years, and have been going to acting and dance classes together.
However, the media have only recently realised their connection, and are creating speculation about a supposed relationship.
Speaking of the paparazzi, Alaya F said she now refuses to pose for photos with Aaishvary Thackeray to avoid a media storm. She said:
“The paparazzi get photos so I know what’s going to happen with it. But I also make a joke out of it.”
“Now, if I’m exiting a place, we have to exit together, and there are a bunch of photographers who ask us to pose together and I politely refuse to laugh over the fact that those pictures can land me in a lot of trouble later.”
Although rumours of Alaya F and Aaishvary Thackeray’s relationship are yet to be confirmed, Alaya’s dating life is being constantly discussed.
Just recently, Alaya’s mother Pooja Bedi spoke out about how there will always be questions surrounding her daughter’s personal life, and that times in the dating world are changing.
Bedi said: “In my time, things were so different! You had to be boyfriend-free, a virgin, and unmarried.
“Today, every single human is entitled to have a personal life.”
