Research shows that men who are overweight, especially in the belly area, can have lower testosterone, which can lead to weak erections. Fat in the blood can clog the small arteries leading to the penis.
So, eating wisely and keeping your weight down are important factors for a good sex life as a man.
Cut back on fried foods, junk food, processed foods, foods with high-fructose corn syrup and sugary drinks.
Sexual performance is also linked with some key food nutrients. One important one is nitric oxide which helps open up blood vessels, allowing for the increased excitement and stronger erections. So, foods encouraging the production of nitric oxide in the body are a must.
