Aina Asif recently revealed that her mother has been managing her acting career since the start.
She appeared as a guest on The Knock Knock Show and she shared her future plans and aspirations regarding her acting career.
Aina expressed her desire to be content in the long run. She emphasised her wish to only take on projects that align with her values and creative vision.
She said: “I just want to be content with where I am. I want to be content, happy, and fulfilled with what I am doing.
“I want to feel at peace with the work I do. I want to be free.”
She stressed the importance of not feeling pressured into selecting roles that don’t resonate with her.
Aina’s close relationship with her mother has been a constant source of support throughout her career.
As a child star, her mother has been instrumental in managing her career, from reading scripts to selecting roles and handling her finances.
Aina has entrusted her mother with these responsibilities.
Aina explained: “My mother reads the scripts and she tells me about them since I cannot read them myself because I have my own studies too.
“We choose the scripts together. My mother and I have always been co-partners.”
Her mother plays a vital role in helping her strike a balance between her work and studies.
It enables her to be carefree and enjoy her youth while pursuing her passion for acting.
Aina Asif said: “I don’t want to be independent right now. Because I am too young. I don’t want to take that responsibility and my school as well. So I am glad my mother helps me out.
“Although, the ultimate decision of doing a project is mine. My mother and I talk a lot. I tell her everything.”
Aina has her priorities clear, and with her mother’s guidance, she is well on her way to achieving her goals.
