“When will you be an amazing sister?"
Malaika Arora left her sister Amrita Arora when questioning her “when will you be an amazing sister?” in the reality television episode of Moving in with Malaika.
Malaika Arora, a reality TV star, and her sister Amrita Arora, an actress, got into a fight in Goa in the show.
Malaika became irritated and questioned Amrita about where she was when she needed her the most.
On December 29, 2022, Disney+ Hotstar uploaded a fresh promotional video for Malaika’s series Moving In With Malaika to Instagram.
The clip was posted with the caption:
“From #Sisterhood to #SisterFeud, what’s cooking?”
At the beginning of the clip, Malaika arrived at a holiday home in Goa to speak with Amrita.
Malaika exited her vehicle, went inside a vacation home, and up the stairs to Amrita’s bedroom. To Amrita, Malaika said:
“I want to know why my sister is avoiding me.”
Amrita, who was reading on her phone while lounging in bed, reacted surprisingly with: “What?”
In another scene, actor Dino Morea visited the sisters and embraced them with a hug on arrival.
They sat together in the living room which was painted cream. The room features matching couches with a glass centre table. In the clip, Dino said:
“We are in Goa. I know you all love adventure. We are going camping.”
Malaika replies in agreement:
“I’m fine. I’m chill. I’m game.”
Amrita chimes in after feeling unincluded from the plans:
“One person is saying, ‘Let’s go, let’s go, let’s go’, she’s saying, ‘I’m fine’. No one wants my opinion.”
Malaika asked her sister:
“But what’s the big deal?”
A shocked Amrita replied:
“Guys I don’t want to go. You all just understand that.”
She then dramatically left the room.
In the next clip, Amrita was lying in bed when Malaika went and lovingly asked:
“What happened?”
Amrita sat up on the bed and replied: “You know I have a fear of water, right?”
Malaika reassuringly commented: “You are not okay with something? No pressure. You don’t have to.”
Amrita later said:
“And then that’s us. We will fight, we argue, and then one moment you kind of look at each other and you are like, ‘nah, it’s not worth it’.”
The clip later showed the sister duo dancing and enjoying drinks together in a restaurant on the beach.
As the sisters sat together later, Malaika dramatically asked Amrita:
“I have one question to ask.
“When I needed you the most as my sister you weren’t there.
“When will you be an amazing sister?”
When Amrita looked at her in surprise, Malaika shrugged as the video ended.
Moving In With Malaika streams on Disney+ Hotstar at 8 pm from Monday to Thursday.
Apart from Amrita Arora, many other celebrities have made an appearance as guests on the reality show.
This includes Farah Khan, Karan Johar, Neha Dhupia, Malaika’s son Arhaan Khan and Kareena Kapoor.
