The release of the first teaser for season 2 of Baby Baji by ARY has sparked immense excitement among fans.
Following immense public demand, the makers swiftly announced the production of season 2.
This was done right on the heels of season 1’s conclusion.
Excitement soared as actors, including the talented Javeria Saud, offered glimpses into the behind-the-scenes magic of Baby Baji season 2.
The anticipation reached a fever pitch when ARY Digital unveiled the first teaser for the highly awaited second season.
The trailer showcased a stellar line-up of actors, featuring the likes of Samina Ahmed, Saud Qasmi, Javeria Saud, Junaid Niazi and Fazal Hussain.
The cast also includes Syeda Tuba, Sunita Marshall, and Hassan Ahmed.
Notably, Samina Ahmed’s presence in the series, possibly in flashbacks or memories, added an intriguing layer to the narrative.
Viewers are thrilled that season 2 will have the return of the same cast.
However, Aina Asif has left the cast and is said to be replaced by Rimha Ahmed.
Baby Baji season 1, which premiered in 2023 on ARY Digital, captivated audiences with its engaging storyline and a talented ensemble cast.
Presented by Idream Entertainment, the drama revolved around the matriarchal figure of Baby Baji.
She is the protagonist who is determined to uphold the unity of her family amidst various trials and tribulations.
The soap is scripted by Mansoor Ahmed and expertly helmed by director Tehseen Khan.
During a recent podcast, Saud Qasmi talked about Baby Baji¸saying:
“There was a lot that was left during the ending; perhaps we might pick it up in season two.”
Reflecting on the factors contributing to the show’s triumph, Saud emphasised the significance of sincere intentions.
“Plenty of people have been doing and continue to do this work. Who God wills to bless with success is His decision.”
Back in June 2024, Sunita Marshall also confirmed that the shooting for the serial had begun and that it would be airing soon.
Sunita stated:
“I can’t say anything about the release date as it will take time. It will be the continuation of the previous story.”
Hassan Ahmed also revealed that Baby Baji 2 will feature some new faces.
He said: “We have made a few additions which are not senseless. They are quite thoughtful additions as per the storyline and characters have been sensibly designed.”
