Pakistani actress and model Zara Ahmed is set to make her debut in Bangladeshi cinema with Force, an upcoming action-thriller directed by Asif Iqbal.

The director confirmed that she has officially signed on for the project.

She will be portraying a police officer in the revenge-driven storyline.

Asif Iqbal, known for his work on Chokh, revealed that he was captivated by Zara’s performances in television dramas.

To gauge her interest, he initially sent her a 30-second preview of Force.

Asif explained: “She was amazed by our action sequences. I later sent her the full script and production plan, which she found compelling.

“Since everything aligned well, we decided to move forward.”

The film is currently in pre-production, with principal photography scheduled to commence on April 10, 2025, at the Bangladesh Film Development Corporation (FDC).

Additional filming locations include Keraniganj and Gazipur, where major sequences will be shot.

Zara is expected to stay in Bangladesh for approximately two weeks while production is underway.

The film’s team is aiming to complete filming by the end of April 2025 with a theatrical release planned for June to coincide with Eid-ul-Adha.

Zara Ahmed, a well-known name in the modelling industry, gained widespread recognition for her roles in Pakistani television dramas.

She is best known for her performances in Hum Kahan Ke Sachay Thay and Khudsar.

Her casting in Force marks a major step in her transition from TV to feature films.

Zara Ahmed will be starring alongside Bangladeshi actor Mak Didar.

This makes it an exciting cross-border collaboration that is expected to appeal to audiences in both Pakistan and Bangladesh.

Apart from Force, Zara has also signed on for the Pakistani film Chhu Lay Aasman, further expanding her footprint in the film industry.

This dual commitment suggests she is strategically building her presence in both local and international markets.

The announcement of Force has generated significant buzz, not only due to its action-packed premise but also because of its strong cast.

With a compelling storyline, intense action sequences, and a fresh pairing of lead actors, the film is shaping up to be a major cinematic release.

As production gears up, excitement continues to build, with audiences eagerly awaiting further updates.

With Force set to hit theatres on Eid-ul-Adha 2025, fans are keen to see how this collaboration plays out on the big screen.
