When is ‘Jinn 3’ expected to Release?

The highly anticipated Bangladeshi film Jinn 3, starring Abdun Noor Shajal and Nusraat Faria, is currently in production under the direction of Kamruzzaman Roman.

Filming began in early February 2025, in Munshiganj and has recently wrapped up sequences in Nawabganj.

The cast and crew returned to Dhaka on February 17 after completing their work.

Jinn 3 is a continuation of Jaaz Multimedia’s popular supernatural franchise.

The first film, Jinn, premiered during Eid-ul-Fitr in 2023 and captivated audiences.

Following its success, the production house released Mona: Jinn 2 in 2024, which also debuted during Eid.

Continuing this trend, Kamruzzaman Roman said Jinn 3 is slated for release this coming Eid-ul-Fitr.

The director stated: “We wrapped up our sequence shoot on Monday. Only two songs remain to be filmed.

“After a two-day break, we will resume shooting. We aim to complete everything before Ramadan.”

Roman expressed optimism about the film’s reception, hoping audiences will enjoy it in cinemas.

Shajal, who starred in the first instalment alongside Puja Cherry, is returning for Jinn 3.

He considers this role a challenge, aiming to surpass his previous performances.

To prepare, Shajal engaged in extensive rehearsals and temporarily paused his television projects to focus on the film.

Nusraat Faria, known for her role as Sheikh Hasina in Mujib: The Making of a Nation, faced social media criticism for her past performances.

After a hiatus due to recent political changes, she moved forward with Jinn 3.

This project also marks her return to Jaaz Multimedia after seven years, having last appeared in Inspector Notty K in 2018.

Roman praised both actors for their dedication and performances in Jinn 3.

He remarked: “Both of them are giving their absolute best. As a filmmaker, I am truly impressed with their work.”

He believes viewers will leave the theatre mesmerised by their performances.

While details about the plot remain under wraps, Roman hinted at the film’s engaging horror elements.

He added:

“There are plenty of surprises waiting in cinemas, and I believe viewers won’t be disappointed.”

With the excitement surrounding Jinn 3 building, fans eagerly await its release this Eid-ul-Fitr, hoping for another thrilling instalment in the franchise.
