At a hidden location in the Birmingham City Centre, members of a secret society, The Matriarch Fellowship meet for their inaugural gathering, a man stands on stage addressing the audience.
“the extinction of the human race is inevitable”
“Man’s insatiable lust for wealth, resources and global domination, through the endless conflicts and wars, will lead us to total destruction and despair.”
” A societal shift must take place.”
“A worldwide matriarchy must be established to ensure the preservation of humanity.”
Decades Later….
The year is 2095.
Location: London
Prime Minister Emma Riley leads a matriarchal nation, where women hold all positions of power and authority across every sector of society, from the government and military to business and education.
With women now dominating over eighty percent of the workforce, men have embraced domestic life, prioritising household responsibilities over pursuing careers.
Society has flourished, and People have lived in peace and prosperity for generations. Wars, famine and poverty are ancient history. Marking the world’s most peaceful era.
But the tranquillity has been replaced by chaos and fear.
The country has come under attack.
Militants have launched targeted attacks on the nation’s capital, occupying large parts of the city, resulting in widespread panic among the population.
The militants are predominantly men, marginalised from society for their radical beliefs.
They are attempting to overthrow the matriarchal government and enforce their own patriarchal regime.
As the fighting draws closer to Parliament, the Prime Minister is evacuated to a safe location at a secret military facility on the outskirts of the city.
The Prime Minister attends a security meeting with senior members of government and military generals, after being briefed on the attacks. She orders an immediate military response to eliminate the militants and liberate the Capital.
As night falls, the army begins its offensive against the militants. They quickly cut off electricity in the area, leaving everyone in darkness.
Fierce fighting erupts as troops move in and clash with enemy fighters. Residents watch on in fear as the clashes intensify, causing chaos and destruction.
After hours of intense fighting, the militants are pushed back to their stronghold. Known to most as the badlands, it’s a derelict and decaying part of the city, walled off from the rest of civilisation.
In the early hours of the following morning, the army advances into enemy territory, and tension fills the air as soldiers move casually through the deserted streets.
Militants wait silently in abandoned buildings, watching the army as they approach from a distance. The old structure’s windows provide the perfect vantage point for the hidden attackers to strike.
Suddenly, the silence is broken by the sound of loud explosions, echoing through the empty streets.
Militants launch a surprise attack from above on the approaching soldiers.
After hours of relentless fighting, the army are forced to retreat, after taking heavy losses in the battle.
The Prime Minister stands in her office surrounded by her generals, glued to the television watching as the army retreats. She turns to her Defence Minister, “Make the call,” she says, “send in Zara, she may be our last hope.”
Zara Khan is a former military commander and member of The Matriarch Fellowship. Zara works in the shadows as an assassin, sworn to protect the matriarchal nation against any threat.
A few minutes later… In the suburbs.
Zara sits at the table in the kitchen as her husband prepares dinner.
Suddenly, her phone rings. She answers. A voice on the line says, “The country needs you”. Zara knew it was up to her now to stop the coup.
“Sorry babe, I gotta go”, she says as she calmly walks out of the kitchen and goes upstairs.
She enters her home office, and she pushes a button hidden beneath her desk. A secret compartment opens up from the wall, revealing an armoured bulletproof vest and a selection of deadly weapons. Zara dons her armoured vest and arms herself with a silencer.
Zara leaves her house and drives to the industrial sector. Focused on her mission ahead. As she silently enters the building housing the militants, she hears the militant fighters celebrating their recent victory over the army.
Zara finds her targets on each floor of the building as she moves swiftly, ensuring no one notices her presence and eliminating the enemy one by one.
Zara has defeated the militants and liberated the city. She drives home, on route, places a call to the Prime Minister, “Ma’am ,it’s done,” Zara says confidently, knowing the city is safe again.
