Simply Recruit are working with a leading independent Bathroom company, covering Central Scotland with a top showroom in Hillington, where you will be based from day-to-day.

The Role

The role is initially to support the existing Sales Designers and managements with showroom and online enquiries, following up on existing clients to ensure their Bathroom install goes to plan and they are left feeling great. You will learn about the industry and be able to demonstrate and advise clients on the best bathroom to find their needs and budget.

Further down the line, you will take a lead on enquiries and build up your own client base as you develop into a top sales designer within the industry.

It is not all glamour of showing leading bathroom suites –an element of hard work goes into making sure the customer gets a great service. This includes the administration, dealing with suppliers and contractors/installers. You will learn the role from the ground up, using your existing sales and customer service skills and honing them into a great career.

The Hours

The shifts work on a 5 in 7 days including some weekend work, usually one on/one off. Naturally, given the industry, the weekends are the busiest times of the week with a vast amount of new clients and leads coming into the business and where the greatest commissions are earned.
