Duration – Full time 6 month internship from March to August 2021
Our client is a global leader in food manufacturing selling products in over 100 countries with 25 factories worldwide. They are a great company to work for offering excellent career progression and job satisfaction. They are currently looking for a student or graduate to complete a 6 month role supporting them with factory processes and procedures. This is a great opportunity to gain some work experience in an FMCG company within the food industry.
Working in the factory the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of departments, liaising with the Product, Process and Engineering teams as well as working closely with Technical and Production departments to understand the manufacturing.
It is a great opportunity for a university student on a placement year or a fresh graduate who needs to gain some really good experience in an FMCG environment.
As the Trainee Database Intern, you will be responsible for:
Reviewing all factory procedures, processes to update and streamline them in to the correct format
The implementation and creation of the database system, cataloguing and organising all procedures, taking feedback from relevant departments into consideration.
Imputing all procedures onto the Intranet.
Correlating all data into a training matrix.
Trainee Database Intern skills required
You will need to be available full time for the next 6 month in Somerset
Studying a degree or already graduate with an interest in FMCG manufacturing processes
Good communication skills
Enthusiastic, professional and able to work well as part of a team
