Mack Recruit is a specialist recruitment agency working within the apprenticeships, welfare to work and training sectors. We are currently recruiting for an established OFSTED Good training provider based in the North East. Our client is looking for Business Development Consultant’s/Contract Managers to promote their training programmes.
The provider offers a variety of quality training programmes including apprenticeships, short courses and traineeships.
Location: Covering the North East
Salary: Circa £25,000 basic with annual pay reviews, mileage and incentive scheme
The successful candidate should have a strong background in sales, learner recruitment, employer engagement or business development and ideally have a good understanding of the education system and apprenticeships and training sector. You will have excellent networking and communication skills. A driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
Requirements
Candidates must have the following skills, experience and qualifications to be considered:
- Experience in a sales/business development role
- Strong track record of working to targets and KPI’s
- Sales and business development experience
- Highly organised and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to be a self starter and work on own initiative
- Full clean driving licence and access to vehicle essential
