Experienced handyman/caretaler required to work with leading student accomodation provider based in Manchester.

Job role: Maintenance Caretaker:

• Reacting to maintenance duties across the site, undertaking repairs and reporting issues which require specialist attention.
• Undertaking building checks and audits to maintain a safe and secure environment in line with health and safety requirements.
• Carrying out routine works and providing accurate and timely information on progress.
• Maintaining an adequate supply of stock and replenishing as appropriate.
• Ensuring waste is disposed of correctly and cleanliness is maintained.

Location: Grafton Street, Manchester

Hours:
The candidate will need to be flexible and the general shift patterns will be as follows: Week 1 – Monday to Thursday (8am to 4pm), Friday (OFF), Saturday and Sunday (8am to 8pm) Week 2 – Monday and Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday to Friday (8am to 4pm), Saturday and Sunday (OFF) Week 3 – Monday to Friday (12pm to 8pm), Saturday and Sunday (OFF) Please note, during the 12-hour weekend shift,

Pay rate: £11.80 per hour
