Your Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in establishing our presence in the recruitment industry. Your responsibilities will include:

• 360 recruitment activity
• Candidate-Centric Approach: Collaborate closely with candidates, understanding their goals and aspirations, and guiding them toward suitable temporary positions.
• Values-Driven Recruitment: Embrace our commitment to integrity, respect, and ethical recruitment practices in every interaction.
• Building Meaningful Relationships: Responsible for business development, cultivating strong connections with both candidates and clients, ensuring a positive and productive experience for all parties.

• Strong track record in negotiating and high-value billing
