1. Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage with potential education professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
2. Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
3. Interview and Selection: Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for various education roles. Match candidates with appropriate vacancies based on skills, experience, and client requirements.
4. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the education sector to make informed recommendations and decisions.
5. Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties related to the recruitment process, including documentation, compliance checks, and database management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
