Our client is excellent legal top 100 law firm, with their head office based in South Wales, which is where this opportunity is based. They are currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Lawyer in the Social Housing team. The law firm works with over 40 housing associations across Wales & England delivering strategic property advice. This is an exciting opportunity to join a modern, supportive, and ambitious leading Law firm in a Commercial Property Lawyer position. Candidates looking to move into commercial property, and with previous commercial law experience, will also be considered for this role

As a Commercial Property Lawyer:

• Acting with the best interests of leading housing association clients
• Managing own complex, varied caseload
• Providing support to junior team members
• Aiding in business development initiatives
• Advising on site acquisitions, package deals, section 106 schemes, land options, promotion agreements, development agreements, commercial lease portfolio advise, joint ventures, refinance work, grant funding, and innovative housing schemes

Required Commercial Property Lawyer skills:

• Willing to transfer commercial law experience into a property context
• Excellent technical abilities
• Commercially astute
• A personable and confident individual
• Strong team player
• Strong IT skills
• Experience in networking and business development

*Experience in this area is beneficial however, training in this area will be provided. Anyone with previous law experience within a commercial context will be considered.
