Our client based in Ware are currently looking for 4 Technicians to join their team at what is an exciting time for the business. It’s a great chance to join a growing team working at a combination of their offices in Ware and all over the World, in a trainee position. A role where teamwork is vital and the successful candidate is expected to be able to work closely with others as well as being trusted to work individually where needed.

The role would suit somebody that is ambitious, physically capable of manual lifting and driven, looking to enter into a long-term career within a local business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Safely and securely wrapping and packing unique high-end items
• You will be responsible for routine condition reporting
• You will ensure that all property is accounted for whilst on site or in the warehouse, and that any missing or damaged items are reported immediately to a manager
• You will need to adhere to deadlines for installations, de-installations, exhibitions and transport of property
• You will maintain a high level of personal presentation at all times, ensuring compliance with the department standard procedures and safety requirements

What are we looking for?

• You will be able to work in a team, displaying excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues from all departments.
• You must be able to troubleshoot problems to find suitable solutions.
• Good at making things and have technical skills.
• Excellent computer and literacy skills.
