Digital Business Development Exec
Exceptional opportunity for an ambitious and talented business development manager with a passion for marketing to join my rapidly expanding Digital Media client in Birmingham
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Dealing with incoming leads
• Generate qualified meetings for the Sales Consultant/Director to attend and convert to new business
• Working closely with the team to identify prospects
• Seek out relevant networking opportunities
• Actively contribute to the overall growth plans of the business
• Handle incoming enquiries and have detailed conversations about their business goals and what they are looking to achieve
• Manage the sales process from discovery call, nurture and then close
• Update all tasks on CRM
LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE
• Proven track record of securing new business opportunities through structured and targeted business development activity, although we’re open to junior candidates who demonstrate a clear sales acumen
• Natural influencing and negotiation skills
PERSON DESCRIPTION
• A good sense for business with a proactive, tenacious attitude
• Excels in a target driven environment
• Credible when talking to key decision-makers
• Personable and quickly able to build rapport with clients & colleagues
• An interest in the world of advertising, marketing and digital
Up to £25K base salary (OTE £45 – £50K) + company bonus
