An excellent opportunity has arisen within a highly regarded Independent Financial Advisory firm known for its professional and client-focused approach to wealth planning. The business offers the close-knit feel of a boutique firm, combined with the resources and stability of a larger organisation.

This role is ideal for an experienced IFA Administrator who enjoys working closely with advisers, collaborating with paraplanners, and contributing to a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support to one of the firm’s most experienced advisers, alongside another IFA Administrator.
• Prepare client meeting packs, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and up to date.
• Process new business applications and liaise with providers to obtain updates and relevant information.
• Maintain accurate client records across internal systems.
• Work closely with paraplanners, assisting with technical administration to support the advice process.
• Support the annual review cycle, including preparing review packs and managing follow-up communications.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, delivering a smooth and professional client experience
