The role as a Teaching Assistant:
- Support pupils with classroom learning activities
- Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons
- Provide small-group intervention support
- Help maintain a positive learning environment
- Support pupils’ social and emotional development
Requirements of a Teaching Assistant:
- Previous experience working in a UK school setting preferred
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
- Right to work in the UK
