I am Born to Write.

I know this because I’m happiest while I’m writing. Whether it’s my thoughts, ideas, letters, blog posts, poetry etc. I’m happy when I am putting words down.

I recently graduated with my Master of Arts in Professional Creative Writing from Coventry University. I also won The Course Tutors Prize for Excellence and Endeavour. Currently, I’m waiting to hear back from literary agents about my completed children’s book.

I’ve written 3 poetry books. My first I self-published through amazon and had great reviews. My next two were hybrid published through BookLeaf publishing. They were also available on amazon for some time.

I’m currently writing a crime novel called ‘Standpunkte’ I’ve done 17 chapters so far.

Sumera Farman was part of the DESIblitz Literature Festival in 2023 and featured in the event Emerging Writers on Wednesday, October 25, 2023.
