We are looking for a Painter Decorator who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

The Painter Decorator, will be responsible for:

• Deliver painting schedule across the site on internal and external areas across an agreed period.
• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance, when requested, across fabric and building services assets.
• Complete PPM and helpdesk tasks in line with contract requirements and SHE standards. 
• Liaise with engineers and subcontractors, maintaining a strong understanding of site systems and services. 

To be successful for this Painter Decorator role you must have:

• A recognised Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in painting or building services or multi‑skilled maintenance.
• Proven experience providing painting & decorating and/or general maintenance services within a large, complex environment. 
• Right to Work in the UK with valid, in‑date documentation.
