Salary: £94 – £112 per day (depending on experience)

This full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant role is the ideal opportunity for someone seeking paid experience in education before embarking on a PGCE or teacher training programme.
About the Role:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4, both in and out of the classroom
Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and provide one-to-one or small group support where needed
Help manage classroom behaviour and contribute to a positive learning environment
Gain exposure to different subject areas, depending on your background and the school’s needs
Be part of a collaborative, supportive staff team with access to training and development
Ideal Candidate:
A recent graduate
Passionate about education and working with young people
Considering a future career in teaching
Confident, enthusiastic, and proactive with strong communication skills
Available full-time from September 2025
Paid or voluntary experience with young people
