This professional services business are market leaders in their field. They have customers all over the UK and a fantastic opportunity has become available for an Apprentice to join their growing finance team in York.
Description
As Apprentice Finance Assistant, you will be reporting in a Finance Manager, responsible for assisting with the preparation of the transactional accounts.
Duties will include, however are not limited to, Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Credit Control, Bank Reconciliations.
This role is ideal for someone looking to make a move into a finance position with lots of progression available.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have a passion for accounts and finance
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have strong Excel skills
- Have very good verbal and written communication skills
