ATK Solutions is recruiting for an Operations Administration Assistant opportunity based in Farringdon, London.

The role is with an established multi-disciplinary Built Environment Consultancy and would suit someone who enjoys a busy, varied position rather than purely traditional administration.

You’ll work closely with the Senior Operations Manager, supporting across operations, finance administration, quality assurance and general office management.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing service proposals and managing new business enquiries
• Setting up new jobs and updating CMap
• Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants and suppliers
• Managing payment allocations and invoice queries
• Supplier invoices and chasing outstanding payments
• QA, document control and standardised templates
• Diary management, meeting minutes and travel bookings
• Business development and client care
• Managing incoming office calls

They’re ideally looking for someone with 2+ years’ experience within administration, operations or finance support, strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent organisation and good written and verbal communication.

Location: Farringdon, London
Salary: Up to £28,000 p/a
Working pattern: Office based, 5 days per week
