ServiceNow Architect | Contract | Outside IR35 | 6 Months
I’m currently looking to recruit a ServiceNow Architect to join my client on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to take a senior architectural role for one of our clients in the transport industry. You would be working on complex transformation programmes and helping the organisation unlock the full potential of the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Lead the technical architecture and design of complex ServiceNow solutions, translating business requirements into scalable platform architectures.
- Provide technical leadership to ServiceNow development teams through mentoring, code reviews, architectural reviews, and governance activities.
- Operate within a Technical Design Authority (TDA), ensuring alignment to architectural standards, best practices, and platform strategy.
- Support solution design, RFP responses, and the development of innovative ServiceNow propositions.
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies, including AI and GenAI capabilities within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Expert-level experience in ServiceNow development and technical architecture.
- 5+ years’ experience leading ServiceNow development teams and providing technical direction.
- Experience across at least three ServiceNow product lines outside of ITSM, including ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HRSD, CSM, or similar.
- Strong experience operating within Technical Design Authority environments and advising senior stakeholders.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Rate: 700 – 800/day outside IR35
