This is an exciting entry-level opportunity where you will begin your journey as the face of the business, supporting our front-of-house and administration functions. As your knowledge and confidence grow, you will have the opportunity to take on increasingly responsible FCA administration duties, with full training and support provided throughout.

Responsibilities:

Initially

• Welcoming clients and visitors
• Managing incoming calls and emails
• Maintaining meeting rooms and reception areas
• Providing general administrative support
• Managing post and office supplies
• Assisting with scheduling and diary management

As You Progress

• Supporting regulatory and FCA-related administration
• Assisting with compliance processes
• Preparing and maintaining client documentation
• Supporting advisers and senior team members
• Developing specialist knowledge within financial services
