Our client is a main contractor who work in the below sectors
- New build housing
- Social housing
- General construction

Projects range from £0.5M to £8M
Duties of the Quantity Surveyor will include:
- Manage all costs relating to projects including reporting
- Assisting estimating where required.
- Reviewing contracts and preparing contract documents.
- Understanding and knowledge of types of contracts and conditions
- Sub contract ordering
- Preparing interim valuations / final accounts
