Grounds Maintenance Operative

£14.29 per hour
Full time – Temp to Perm
Monday to Friday

We’re looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative for a client based in Lighthorne.
You’ll need to:
- Have a full driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points
- Be aged 25 or over (insurance requirement)
- Have hands-on paid experience in grounds maintenance on commercial sites
The role involves:
- Travelling to sites across Warwickshire, the West Midlands and High Wycombe
- Grass cutting, mowing and strimming
- Hedge maintenance
- Gritting over the winter
- Working within a small team
- Taking photos of completed jobs and filling in digital forms on a smartphone
- Monday to Friday hours, plus some on-call work via a rota
