We are a term time setting; how ever we need someone willing to work some days/weeks during the holidays.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting children aged 2–4 years, helping them to thrive across all areas of development in line with the EYFS framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for all children
• Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
• Build strong, professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress using systems such as Tapestry
• Plan and deliver engaging, child-led activities based on children’s interests
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain a high-quality provision
• Follow all nursery policies and procedures at all times

Requirements

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework
• A genuine passion for working with young children
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive and positive attitude
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
