You&#039;ll become a trusted adult, providing encouragement, stability, and guidance while helping students overcome barriers to learning and develop the skills they need to thrive.<\/p>\n<p>Every day brings new opportunities to make a genuine difference, whether that&#039;s supporting a breakthrough in learning, helping a student build confidence, or celebrating milestones that others may take for granted.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#039;re patient, resilient, and passionate about improving outcomes for young people, we&#039;d love to hear from you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You&#039;ll Be Doing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting students&#039; learning, wellbeing, communication, and personal development.<\/li>\n<li>Building positive relationships that help students feel safe, valued, and ready to learn.<\/li>\n<li>Working alongside teachers and other professionals to deliver engaging learning experiences.<\/li>\n<li>Encouraging independence, resilience, and positive behaviour.<\/li>\n<li>Delivering targeted support to help students overcome barriers and achieve their goals.<\/li>\n<li>Creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every student can succeed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About You<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4\/C or above) or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with children and young people, ideally within education, SEND, care, youth work, or support services.<\/li>\n<li>Patient, resilient, and adaptable to individual needs.<\/li>\n<li>Able to build positive relationships and inspire confidence in others.<\/li>\n<li>Calm and consistent when faced with challenges.<\/li>\n<li>A strong team player with excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About Us<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nAt OFG Education, we believe every student deserves an education designed around who they are.
