Others create them.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re looking for the second kind.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re someone who enjoys picking up the phone, starting conversations and finding opportunities where others might not, we&#8217;d like to hear from you.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re recruiting for an established UK business looking to strengthen its sales team with someone who brings energy, drive and a genuine appetite for developing new business.<\/p>\n<p>This isn&#8217;t about sitting back and waiting for enquiries to arrive.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s about making things happen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The opportunity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll be speaking with businesses, building relationships, identifying opportunities and turning conversations into sales.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll work alongside an experienced sales team, developing your commercial skills and learning how to turn a good conversation into a valuable customer relationship.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re interested in people who enjoy the challenge of sales, aren&#8217;t afraid of rejection and have the determination to keep moving forward.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we&#8217;re looking for<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and picking up the phone.<\/li>\n<li>Confidence to start conversations and ask good questions.<\/li>\n<li>The curiosity to understand customers and identify opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Resilience when things don&#8217;t go to plan.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to follow up, stay organised and see opportunities through.<\/li>\n<li>A desire to learn, develop and achieve results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Previous sales experience would be an advantage, particularly in a B2B environment, but we&#8217;re equally interested in your attitude, approach and potential.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You don&#8217;t need experience in a particular industry.
